Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)
Launched in 2002, the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program offers a long-term visa, inviting foreigners and retirees to enjoy an extended stay in Malaysia.
The program offers numerous benefits, including residency in Malaysia, educational opportunities for children, and the ability to purchase property and invest, subject to conditions and approvals.

MM2H Requirements
Investment
50% can be withdrawn for purchasing property, education, medical expenses, or tourism in Malaysia after the approval as MM2H participant has been obtained.
Participation Fee
Priciple applicant is required to pay a one-time government participation fee of RM 1,000, RM 1,000, RM 3,000, or RM 200,000, depending on the program. Dependents are exempt from this fee.
Visa Validity
Applicants are required to have at minumum 10 years, 5 years, 15 years and 20 years of visa validity period for Economic zone, Silver, Gold and Platinum program respectively.
Medical
Compulsory to undergo medical check-up in panel clinic/ hospital appointed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture for the principal and their dependents after receiving the approval to participate in the MM2H Programme.
